Emma Gidley, OT

Personal Trainer

Emma graduated from Appalachian State University in 2010 with a BS degree in Organizational Communication. She served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in China as an education volunteer from 2011-2013. After years in the corporate working world, Emma realized her passion was in health care and made a career change; she received her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) from New York University in 2021 and is confident this is the career for her! Emma believes in Occupational Therapy and its ability to adapt, modify and enhance the human experience.

In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband, anything involving salt water and is loving being back in Wilmington, NC...closer to family, friends, and the ocean!
