As a Maryland native, Mackenzie received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina iand is a certified athletic trainer. After continuing onto graduate school at Wingate University, Mackenzie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. Mackenzie has a range of experiences working with high school and collegiate-level athletes, as well as with patients who have experienced a variety of orthopedic and neurological disorders in the inpatient & outpatient settings. She has a strong passion for working with individuals who have been diagnosed with neurological conditions, recovering from post-operative procedures, or are seeking preventative therapy to lower risk of future injury.
Outside of the clinic Mackenzie enjoys relaxing at the beach, riding her bike, spending time with family and friends, and walking her dogs Mia and Nash.
